Training Update

We packed up kids, bikes, and scooters and headed to the bike path last night. Tim took the boys one way and I went the opposite way to run.

I ran 2 miles before taking a break and then I ran and took several walk breaks for the last mile for a total of 3 miles. I think I'll be okay for the 5k in 10 days. I won't be breaking any records, but I'll finish.

I didn't time it, but from the time we left the house until we got home again it was almost exactly one hour so the pace wasn't too bad I guess.
