Today is Tim's birthday, he's now in this mid-thirties at 34. I, however, am still in my early thirties :-)
He doesn't like a big deal made of this birthday, which is nice since Simon's is next Monday and Mary just had a baby on Friday!!! I knew Tim's birthday was coming up, but had sort of forgotten, ya know? But he did too!
We went over to his parents yesterday to hang out and his mom had made a cake for dessert. She had put '34' in the icing and it took Tim a long time to figure out what it was, like I said, he's not big on birthdays (and he was looking at it upside down).
