We had to say goodbye this week to my Great Aunt Mary Ellen. She has been a fixture in my life. So much so, that I have never thought of what it would be like with her not there. And God love her, she died of cancer that wasn't diagnosed until the week before she died. We weren't prepared.
I rest in the comfort of knowing that you are back with your own sweet Mama and Jesus, who were both so glad to greet you. We love you Mary Ellen and you will be missed.
Rest in peace Mary Ellen!
