Eli was talking about one of the kid’s in his class at the daycare/preschool. He's walking in front of me so he’s kind of talking to me, but kind of just talking out loud.
Eli: “Her mom has a baby in her belly. How’d that baby get in her belly? I bet she just ‘bammed’ it in like that.” As he ‘bams’ himself in his belly.
Me, trying not to laugh: “No, she didn’t ‘bam’ it in there. The baby grows in her belly like you guys all grew in my belly. Then, when the baby is big enough, it’ll come out.”
*bam is to hit or smack
