Did everyone make it okay out there? Post a comment so I know you have electric and are safe!
We didn't lose power but had winds that topped at about 70 according to the news. Lots of people around us did lose power.
We lost a lot of trees. We had three big ones down blocking the driveway (by the old RR tracks). Tim was going to cut them up but it was too dangerous to be out in it so he pushed them out of the way with the tractor. What did we do before we had the tractor? I'm not sure.
We didn't have any trees fall on anything and no debris hit the house or anything. It was pretty scary there for a while, but it was also awesome to see that kind of power.
I'd post pics but I'm sure our yard looks like everyone else's-like a hurricane came through. We have a lot of work to do this week before the weekend!

We are safe! I was a bit concerned last night when I noticed power lines sparking a few buildings away. Josh called the police, who said they were sending the fire department out to check on it shortly. We were lucky that flickering lights was the most that happened to us.
Down here in Ky we had lots of wind, but not as bad as you guys did. There are some trees down around town, but we did not loose power at my house, thankfully! It is amazing how powerful one storm can be.
I'm finally back online today. We didn't lose power for more than a few minutes but we lost our cable internet (which also means our phones) until this afternoon.
We lost a couple of trees, lots of limbs, and a good deal of the siding off of the two ends of our house. Nothing off the front or back, just off the sides. Sarah's school has been closed all this week so far because they still don't have power there--who knows when it will be back on?
I'm glad everyone is safe!
