The boys all needed haircuts like they always seem to, so when I mentioned it, Eli said, "Can I get a mohawk?"

I said, "Sure!" It's summer and it's just hair, it grows.

Then Noah said he wanted one and Simon piped in that he wanted one too. They tried to convince me that Jesse needed one too, but no dice! My policy is you have to big enough to ask for one to get one.

Then they tried to convince Tim he needed one too. Again, no dice. However, Tim did say that someday when Jesse's big enough for one if they all get mohawks again he'll get one too, but just once. So look for that in two or three years! That'll be a hoot!
