No running. I still have a broken toe.
I borrowed a stationary bike from my girlfriend for the next couple of months until my broken toe heals. We picked it up Sunday and I biked for 30 minutes and I think it will do the trick. It's not running, but it should keep my legs in decent shape without hurting that poor little toe. Stinking toe!
Only my bum is sore this morning-I need to sit on a pillow I guess. I'm glad I started with just 30 minutes last night.
