I took advantage of the georgous weather we had on Sunday and went for a run. I ran a full three miles before taking a walk break. That is a first for me. So now I need to work on getting a good pace for those three miles. To do that I may have to take Eli with me on his bike again. That was good motivation the last time. It was about 10 minute miles when I ran with Eli, which I think is fine for a half marathon training.
Tonight however, I have a date with Simon to explore a new part of bike path that I haven't been on since they opened it this summer. It's been dubbed an "adventure" and with the time change we'll have to book it to the bike path before it gets dark. Should be fun!

You're doing great! You should be really proud of yourself. You're setting a great example for your boys and adding years to your life to spend with them and their grandchildren. :)
Great job! This time change is really messing with my evening walks! I guess I'm going to have to adjust.
Eli will have to be bundled to stay warm on his bike, which might slow him down, maybe we have another warm day... I will keep praying for one for you... and me. I walk to work so I would really like it to be nice longer.
I wish I was a runner but I HATE running lol
